Frequently asked questions

Who should enrol in the 15-Day Airport Skill Development Program (TWA-001)?
TWA-001 is designed for Aeronautical, Aerospace, and Aviation Engineering students at Diploma, UG, or PG level who want industry exposure before committing to a longer programme. It is also ideal for fresh engineering graduates who want to understand the live airport environment — ramp operations, ATC communications, flight planning — before deciding their specialisation.
Yes. Day 15 includes a guided visit to Chennai airport’s ramp area, ATC tower (subject to AAI clearance), or an affiliated MRO hangar — giving students their first genuine airside or maintenance facility experience. This is one of the most impactful moments of the programme and often the deciding factor in a student’s aviation career direction.
TWA-001 is an exposure and foundation certificate, not a full diploma. Most airlines and airports require at least a 3-month ground handling diploma (TWA-002) for direct employment. However, TWA-001 is an excellent launchpad — students who score Distinction are formally recommended for TWA-004 or TWA-006, which are the fastest pathways to employment. Many students use TWA-001 to confirm their interest before investing in a 6-month programme.
Currently, TWA-001 runs Monday to Friday (3 hours per day) over 3 consecutive weeks. Weekend-only batches are not currently available but may be introduced based on demand. Please contact admissions for the latest batch schedule.

We are a premier aviation training institute dedicated to shaping the next generation of industry leaders. With over two decades of experience, we provide an unparalleled educational experience designed for ambition.
